Taken directly from the ships logs of 1805, Old Ironsides battles Tripolitan Pirates to free the crew of the captured USS Philadelphia.
OK, I am a sucker for sea stories...and even a bigger sucker for historical ones. I found this show in the museum gift store where Old Ironsides is berthed, and have to admit that it was love at first listen. The story is exciting, and the music score alone should win an award. If you like broadsides and pirates, this show should make your day.
